Punting on the river Cherwall today! How much more Dorothy Sayers can you get? :)
I bought (among other books) Strong Poison at Waterstone's, b/c I simply had to buy some Sayers in Oxford. I know, I'm just a romantic sap at heart. I've been kicking myself for a week for not bringing my copy of Gaudy Night along on this trip. I'll be reading it as soon as I get back, that I know!
Also, this morning was a tour of the Bodleian library and Magdalen College (pronounced "maudlin". Don't ask me.) Dad knows a librarian at Magdalen, so we got to go back into bits of the Bodleian where tourists normally don't go. This place is so, so, so old.
Off to London tonight, then to Paris tomorrow.
