I found this a fascinating article. It's all about how Bush has never vetoed a bill, b/c then Congress could override him - instead he writes "signing statements" after signing a bill, claiming that he doesn't actually have to abide by the laws he just passed.

I had no prior knowledge any of it, and it was fascinating, and I think it should be required reading for anyone with the ability to vote.

In other news, I hear that Stephen Colbert has the biggest cojones in the country. I won't have time to watch the clips until tomorrow, but I applaud him in advance.
