OK, I slept all day, and I've been home for four days straight, and I just went suddenly, utterly STIR-CRAZY. It seems ridiculous to be bored when there are so many things I should be doing.

I just watched almost every single movie preview on mac.com. Yep. I sure wish I had a TV right now. Of course, maybe I'll go so crazy I do something productive tonight but you never know.

On the plus side, this obviously means I'm feeling much better.

Hey, I know what I could do! I could come visit YOU! Yeah, YOU! I have a car since my parents are out of town! (I know, how teenage is that?) And I haven't brushed my hair in four days! You just know you want to see what THAT looks like!

Ah, I know what that feels like... last year when I got sick and stayed home for 5 days, I went absolutely nuts. It wasn't like I wanted to be at work. But, all of a sudden I was so tired of sitting in bed and reading and doing crossword puzzles and watching bad daytime tv and feeling yucky.

Hm. Can't you join an intramural sport of some kind? I have some friends in DC who do curling, which probably isn't your thing, but...I know people other that Dr. Charisma (C's unofficial LJ handle.) Want me to ask them what people can do for cheap fun in DC?

I'd love to see you, but that'd be six hours of driving for the privilege of seeing me all scruffy and in brief-writing mode, which is not a sight one should inflict except under emergency battle conditions. ;)
