I just realized I have no free evenings this week.

Monday - Jubilee rehearsal (last one!)
Tuesday - SC rehearsal
Wednesday - Westminster Choir gig (sing pop music to donors ;)
Thursday - SC rehearsal
Friday - SC performance
Saturday - SC performance

I guess that ups the importance of doing some work on my next paper this weekend.

At any rate, I watched 5 hours of TV yesterday. (OK, TV/DVDs.) First I watched The Prince and Me, which was surprisingly satisfying, even if the "woman makes selfish playboy turn into responsible citizen" angle is really overdone by now. I appreciated the "I'm sorry, being a princess is nice and all, but I'm going back to med. school now" angle. Then some Voyager, and then A Fish Called Wanda - I'd forgotten how brilliant that film is!

Good medicine for a cold. I still think it'd be a good idea for me to not talk at all today - my larynx feels Large.

Next letter to Prez

Well, it seems I'm doing it once a month instead of once a week, but not meeting one's goals shouldn't prevent you from meeting smaller ones, eh?

Please comment - I'll send it out Mon. or Tues. I'm quoting the letter to the Prez - the letter to my 3 congressmen is similar, but with the necessary points changed.
