Dec. 3rd, 2004 12:02 amHeaven forbid I allow anyone's blood pressure to drop. Here's Scalia, in a synagogue, arguing against the separation of church and state. Signal-boosting from my brother.
He cites the words "under God" being in the Pledge of Allegiance as proof that the Founding Fathers expected God to be a part of the government. I cannot - cannot - believe that Scalia doesn't know those words were added in the 50's...meaning he's lying to prove a point. Great trait in a Supreme Court Justice.
