OK, I am issuing a GOOGLE CHALLENGE. If you can find what I'm looking for, you win.

Several years ago, when I was working at tech support in another area of Harvard, we came across a very amusing snippet of tech support humor. I don't remember if it was text or audio, and I don't remember if it was real or satirical. The basic gist was that a tech support person was trying to help a very incompetent man over the phone, and finally asked if there was a child in the house. Upon finding there was, he asked for the child to be put on the phone. Then he asked the child to "Reboot the computer, uninstall x program, reboot again, log on, change the settings to this, and see if it works" and the child did this with unassuming-shy-little-kid ease. End of snippet.

Any takers? Winner gets about 3 minutes of me being moderately impressed.

Stolen from [livejournal.com profile] alabastard:
This is so wrong. And yet, if I were God, there would totally be more parachuting, back-flipping sheep around.
